Success came early—but it was the setbacks that truly shaped me.
By the age of 20, I was a full-time REALTOR®, and by 28, I had opened my first brokerage. Neither milestone came easily—except for one thing: I always knew real estate was where I belonged. That clarity came during my first year of college, when a class project required me to shadow someone at work. I chose a real estate agent and instantly fell in love with the buying and selling process. I saw freedom, financial opportunity, and a future I wanted to build. That project changed everything; I left college and got my real estate license.

Starting out as the youngest agent in the office was intimidating. I was surrounded by seasoned professionals and had to earn my place. Thankfully, I had a strong mentor and an even stronger work ethic. I studied constantly, practiced daily, and outworked my doubts. Over time, the results followed and I felt on top of the world.
Then the real estate market crashed…and that season humbled me. I struggled financially and seriously considered quitting more than once. It forced me to slow down and reevaluate how I was doing business. Once again, my mentor stepped in and reminded me that real estate is not about one-time transactions—it’s about relationships. That lesson reshaped my approach and changed my career.
I matured as an agent and as a leader. I became deeply client-focused, asking better questions and prioritizing what was truly best for the people I served. My goal shifted from closing deals to creating meaningful, positive experiences for my clients. When I did that, my business began to grow in a healthier, more sustainable way.

Around that time, I met Jessica—who would later become my wife. We began dating, and as our relationship grew and I began preparing for fatherhood, I felt called to take another step forward and open my own brokerage. It was exciting, but also demanding. Building something from the ground up requires tremendous energy, focus, and relentless commitment. The first brokerage didn’t take off as quickly as I hoped. I recommitted, surrounded myself with like-minded people, and got back to work.
That chapter taught me invaluable lessons, including the value of surrounding yourself with people who share similar ambitions and values. After selling my share of the brokerage, I opened Forward Realty Partners brokerage with my dear friend, Shawn Wendtland. We now lead and mentor a team of 20 agents who share my values and vision. I prioritize God, family, and my clients, and I take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience—that truly is my goal.
Today, Jessica and I have 4 children—Nova, Knox, Hayes, and Ledger. When I’m not with my family, you’ll usually find me outdoors hunting, fishing, biking, or golfing. We also volunteer together as a family at a local food shelter. I’m intentional about how I raise my children, striving to teach gratitude, awareness, and the importance of helping others.
Looking back, this career has truly shaped me. Real estate has taught me resilience, humility, and the power of putting clients first. Today, I don’t measure success by transactions alone, but by trust earned, families helped, and the legacy I’m building—both for my clients and for my children. I’m grateful for the long road, the hard lessons, and the opportunity to serve with intention and integrity.
With 20 years of experience in real estate, I bring a rare balance of hands-on industry knowledge and strong theoretical expertise, allowing my clients to benefit from both practical insight and informed strategy. I’m deeply committed to customer service and believe every client deserves a smooth, thoughtful, and delightful experience from start to finish. I never see clients as transactions—they are people making significant, life-changing decisions, and I treat that responsibility with the seriousness it deserves.
To serve at the highest level, I listen carefully, ask the right questions, and tailor my guidance to what each client truly needs. I remain committed to ongoing education, consistently studying market trends, best practices, and working with a real estate coach to stay accountable and sharp. Clear, professional communication is a priority for me, which is why I provide regular updates and check in with clients at least weekly. Ranked in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the state, I bring proven results while staying grounded, approachable, and easy to work with. I’m a family-oriented professional who combines commitment and a strong sense of responsibility to deliver results clients can trust.
Sincerely,
